Enlisted: E1; These are soldiers who have just been requisitioned by the RAF. Though they may not yet be full-fledged members of this unit, they are your brothers in arms, and you will treat them with the respect they deserve.
Private: E2; The first true rank of the RAF. If you are a Private, congratulation, you are no longer a waste of ammunition. You are now killing machines. You will justify my faith in you or I will put a bullet in your skull myself. Privates form the true back bone of this Unit. Act like it.
Sergeant: E3; As a Sergeant, it is your job to lead Squadrons into the fray. You will lead RAF units against the Banites with all possible malice. You may have been appointed by me, hell you may have been voted on by Squad. But command is yours now, and the lives of my men are in your hands.
Lieutenant: O1; Other than this Unit's Captain, Lieutenants are the only officers within RAF. If you hope to get your stars one day, there's the door, soldier. Lieutenants are responsible by region and/or play time zone, and we will have as many or as few as I deem necessary. You WILL obey their command. But make no mistake, they will answer to me, if I hear of abuses to this God given right I've given them.
Captain: O2; Me. Until I die or I find someone better to command this unit, it is "Oh Captain, My Captain" or you can go back to the purple heart boxes I dragged you from. You ask to be transferred to my unit, it's your own fault.

Greetings from Invictus! As one of the founders of Invictus, I would like to extend an invitation on behalf of our clan to all RaF members. We have weekly clan meetings on Ventrillo and we would like to invite you to join us in two weeks so we can get to know each other and as a possible first step towards an allience. The meeting wll be Sunday the 11th at 8 central (TR time) and they usually last a few hours.
